Integrative Therapy

Integrative Therapy is an innovative approach to psychotherapy that combines different elements from various schools of thought. It takes into account the individual needs and circumstances of each client, offering a tailored treatment plan that can help with a wide range of issues.

Rather than just focusing on the current symptoms and behaviour, Integrative Therapy takes a holistic view of the individual and their life experiences, enabling them to gain insight into how their past has shaped their present. This type of therapy provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and develop healthier coping strategies.

The aim of Integrative Therapy is to provide the best possible care for the client. It draws on techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy and solution-focused therapy to create a unique approach to treatment. It can be used to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction and more.

Integrative Therapy is an effective way to gain clarity on life experiences and explore new ways of relating. By taking into account the individual needs of each client, this type of therapy can provide the support and understanding needed to make positive changes.
