Relational Therapy

Relational Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on people's relationships and the impact of these relationships on psychological wellbeing. This type of therapy has been found to be highly effective in helping individuals build better relationships with their family, friends, colleagues, and partners, as well as helping them to better understand themselves.

Relational therapy can be used to help people with a variety of psychological issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, anger, and relationship difficulties. Thanks to relational therapy, individuals can gain insight into the underlying causes of their difficult emotions, behaviours and relationship issues, and how these can be addressed in a constructive way.

Relational therapy combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychoanalytic therapies. By combining different approaches, it helps people to gain a better understanding of their own inner workings and how they can move forward in a positive way. Relational Therapy typically lasts for a minimum of 6 sessions, however some individuals may require more or less depending on their individual needs.

If you or someone you know is struggling with any of the issues mentioned above, relational therapy may be a good option. It can help to create positive changes in an individual’s life and can make a real difference to their overall wellbeing.
