Stress can also lead to behavioral changes, such as overeating or under eating, withdrawing from friends and activities, using alcohol/tobacco or drugs to cope,
nail biting, fidgeting, or other nervous habits. It's important to note that everyone experiences stress differently, so some people may experience different symptoms than those listed above.
