Within 24 hours from receiving the referral, you will receive a complimentary 15 minutes phone call from one of our clinical associates to evaluate your needs, then you will be allocated to the right clinician for an assessment.

If you have prior experience with therapy and are aware of your requirements, you have the option to purchase sessions with our clinicians directly through the clinical portal. To gain access to your clinical portal please get in touch with us.
We also offer memberships and collaborate with numerous healthcare insurance companies. Feel free to get in touch with us, and we will provide you with assistance throughout the entire process.
Get Access To The Client Portal
After your consultation, you'll receive an email containing a Welcome Pack and access to our booking portal.
The Welcome Pack will provide you with essential information about our clinic and questionnaires that must be filled out and signed before your first appointment.
Through the portal, you can view, book and manage any existing appointments.
Please note that the portal only enables virtual appointments booking. If you need a face-to-face appointment, please call us on +20 3290 5798.
At your first appointment with a psychologist, you will have 50 minutes to talk about why you're seeking help, when the problem began, what keeps it going, your childhood, family, and other connections.
Our therapists are interested in learning more about you as an individual, not just the issues at hand.
You and your therapist will have virtual or in-person meetings every week, according to the pre-established duration of your therapy.
Weekly meetings will take place on the same day and time and will last for 50 minutes.
Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange your weekly appointment through the booking portal, giving a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. If you encounter any difficulties, you can reach us by phone, and we will guide you through the required procedures.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
Should you require additional sessions, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
